It is produced from the best hand selected cabernet sauvignon grapes during the late harvest. The grapes are grown on the hilltops of Stone Castle Vineyards at an altitude of 450 meters and with long solar exposure. This wine offers aromas of small forest fruits and flavors consisting of black currant and black raspberry with fine tannins and a persistent finish. The wine is aged for 24 months in French Oak.
