The red 2021 Cedro do Noval was produced with 40% Touriga Nacional, 20% Syrah, 15% Touriga Francesa, 10% Tinta Roriz and the remaining 15% a field blend that is usually what's found in the old vineyards. It's ripe and juicy, with some notes of rockrose and dry herbs. It's medium to full-bodied with fine tannins and good balance,
