TIght and polished with fine bubbles, showing deliciously radiant sliced-apple, pear and bread-dough aromas and flavors. Apple-tart undertone. Medium-bodied, this is tight and focused with a creamy texture and a long finish. Three years on the lees. 100% chardonnay.

Wafting from the glass with notes of lemon oil, green apple, wheat toast and fresh peach, followed by a medium to full-bodied, elegantly textural palate that's quite fruit-driven this year, with a broad attack, an open-knit but nicely incisive core and a precise finish.
