The palate reveals a sumptuous tapestry of deep, dark berries, light mint and dark chocolate with a hint of anise at the periphery. The wine caresses the mouth with its smooth, luscious texture, showcasing soft tannnins that gracefully support the fruit-forward profile.

This intensely inky-colored Cabernet Sauvignon wine is grown in the well-drained, stony and iron-rich soils of the Weir Family Vineyard along the Silverado Trail. The rich, spicy nose of bakers chocolate and black cherry complements the brooding and spice-filled black licorice, black cherry, plum and cranberry on the palate.
