Antonio Galloni: 95 Points
The 2021 Chambolle-Musigny Les Fusselottes 1er Cru has a fragrant bouquet with raspberry and mulberry scents, gaining intensity in the glass whilst maintaining delineation. The palate is graceful and tender like Tremblay's other 2021s. Plenty of freshness, gentle grip with a saline finish that lingers in the mouth. Wonderful.
Decanter: 94 Points
This alluring wine has a fragrant, spicy floral nose with more black fruit than red and hints of clove and peppery spice. The color is relatively deep, and the texture is impressively dense. What is most striking, however, is the sweet fruit and floral notes that persist on the palate in a way quite uncharacteristic of 2021—produced from the domaine plot of nearly a half-hectare that comes from the Edouard Jayer estate (uncle of Henri Jayer).
Wine Advocate: 92-94 Points
Another notable success is the 2021 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Feusselottes, a beautifully pure, sensual wine that wafts from the glass with scents of raspberries, exotic spices, damask roses, blood orange and cocoa powder. Medium to full-bodied, seamless and vibrant, it's fleshy, melting and precise. If it develops as well as I suspect it will, it's likely to rank among Tremblay's finest Feusselottes to date, the challenges of the vintage notwithstanding.
Burghound: 91-93 Points
From a .5 ha parcel; originally purchased in 1985 with Dr. Georges Mugneret and divided in half. A reticent nose is comprised by notes of both red and blue pinot fruit along with pretty spice and floral wisps. Once again there is an absolutely gorgeous mouthfeel to the extremely fine and well-detailed flavors that are almost lilting and delicate before terminating in a youthfully austere, focused, complex and beautifully long finale.
