The palate is rich and flavorful, weaving together vanilla, caramel, and juicy apple with subtle hints of dark stone fruit. It all comes together in a warm, satisfying finish accented by mature notes of oak and gentle char—an exciting, expressive whiskey that’s as intriguing as its name.

This dusty, well-spiced bourbon brings together three generations of Noe family knowledge, with Booker, Fred, and Freddie all contributing whiskeys they’ve distilled, plus a final whiskey made by Fred and Freddie. The nose leads with oak—dried, toasted, and charred—with hints of cinnamon sugar, cloves, and butterscotch. The palate is oaky and tannic, with powdered spice and fruit. A little water wakes it up, bringing a more balanced spread of fruit and oak.
